How the Sorting Process Works:
- Garbage Input: Kitchen waste enters the system via a spiral conveyor or lift barrel for further processing.
- Bag Breaking: The equipment breaks garbage bags automatically, exposing their contents for separation.
- Material Separation: High-speed rotation separates non-degradable inorganic materials from organic waste.
- Inorganic Waste Removal: Non-degradable materials slide out through a chute and move to the trash bin.
- Organic Waste Crushing: The system crushes organic waste into smaller pieces, reducing them to sizes below 40mm (or 25mm for kitchen waste).
- Final Discharge: Crushed organic material passes through a sieve and travels along a spiral conveyor to the discharge port.
